yup same internals
the group A being the ST185 cant say if u can find out if this is a gen 3 motor then the internals are all the same, bascil wit the mr2's ever 94 + is a gen 3 motor all have the mapping to 18 psi as do all of the st205, so if someone can confirm that the st185 falls in the gen 3 catagory you have your answer.
Also i know on the gen 2 3sgte the interals are still very very strong, i can almost garentee that it will not blow so long as the motor is serviced and looked after, there are not signs of large amounts of wear etc... And you have good cooling(very important), if you have the above 18 psi all day everyday.
