I'm the guy selling this car, i'm looking to either sell or swap it for something of interest with rego. Anything considered from minis to other celica's to 4x4's to road bikes.
the car had a ground up restoration 4 years ago and had rego with the same internals as it does now. it's an early 1972 TA22 celica, 5 speed conversion, limited slip diff, 2TG 1600 DOHC 40mm twin, twin throat carbies, cross flow heads and runs great, stock standard the engine came out of the factory with 124HP, the interior has been reappolstered,most rust has been cut out and is currently in primer. New tyres. New mastercylinder, mags and a heap of spare parts from chrome strips to headlights to full tail light set ups, all chrome in good condition for age. the last owner had the car for 22 years and i even have the original users manual . . . TRY FINDING THAT ON EBAY!. very powerful car, wish i had the time and money AND space to fully resore it but being a student in year 12 . . . money and time is too much of an issue. all it needs for rego is a respray, brake bleeding and air filters, the motor and all running gear is intact in the car as is most of the interior, it was about to be resprayed but i have rego for my other car due. sorry about the length of this msg.
