Do it, please. Any amount of work is worth it to eliminate the sounds of yet another SOHC RB30 from this world! That said, for simplicity and mild results, use the management from the RB25DE as well, being AFM it will come moderately close for tuning purposes, and should help the whole power/economy thing for a sensible price, provided you can score the RB25 parts at a sensible price and don't have to pay Backyard Vince to do it for ya!
