Wouldn't you really need to see the inside of the head to get an idea of the port sizes? Really the manifold side could all be the same, but the port size at the cylinder end (can't remember the technical name) is what matters?
You think Rob's engine bay is dirty? Jeez you should see mine on a good day.
As for photos of Gen 1 intake 'ports'? I'll have a look around and see if I've got any, but otherwise I'll send you one via email/pm in a coupla weeks.
Easiest way to check if you have a 3S-FE is to look at the timing belt cover...usually has a sticker!
