ehendrikd Forums Junkie Location: ballarat Registered: April 2003	Re: F1 Mon, 24 May 2004 05:32 Squid wrote on Mon, 24 May 2004 15:22 There are plenty of other control type races, watch one of those if you are interested in close racing (dihatsu cup??), but leave F1 as the fastest cars possible. i do indeed prefer to watch these, like the chapcars which even have a control engine. the number one reason almost all teams in f1 is beacuse of advertising. this was even the primary reason for toyota starting in f1. i accept this fact, and to keep the advertising profitable, people need to watch it. if the racing becomes stale and boring, people will not watch it, profits will deminish, and the sport will be no more. i want these changes mainly cause i love close racing, but also so the sport will be there in the future.
