Fuel economy down, emission toxicity way up.

Performance...maybe a few kW depending Smile

That's the basics...and any fooly sik dweeb saying that blocking off the EGR on a stock 3S-GELC will raise your performance noticeably is clearly either drunk or high.

Read Robert Bosch's book on carburettor and EFI tuning.
