on a personal level: I like the ra23 with an 18rg in it (until you do an engine swap) but 18rg parts are fairly hard to come by (in SA at least) and if you need to do a rebuild its going to cost you quite a lot.
That's my two cents.
Anywhoo - any old school celica (as long as its a good one) is gonna be enjoyable if you love em.
