Make one yourself. Mount up the intercooler you want in the front. Then get some 2" mandrel bent bends and straights from a local exhaust shop. Cut up the bends as you need and run your piping from SC to IC and IC to intake. Tack weld (or gaffer tape) each section as you add it and then check it all fits. It's easier if you run a narrower radiator, but you can route them round the stock one if needs be. Custom intake pipe like Denis has is a good move too.

All up mine cost
- $20 in exhaust pipe
- $10 in alloy pipe to alter intake pipe
- $20 to have the finished product properly welded

Not pretty, but cheap and it works fine.
