Most of the regular Toymods Celica fans will have heard rumour of my now long mythical TA22 Celica. Its been off the road now for quite a long while but progress pic of the old girl can be seen here:

But anyway was chatting to a guy tonight about all things Celica and I realised most people wouldn't realise how it started out before it became the car it is now. So for all the people with a build on the go or plans for one here is some pics of how it was when the build was started.

This was well before I bought it of course and it had been Terry's car for a long while before he started the build. It still goes to show what can be done with some effort time and as alway $$$$$. If you look closely you can see the fresh stitch welding in the engine bay !
