Thanks. Was the motor a goer? And is it still intact? Don't mind if the bits have all gone 'cos I don't need them. I have 2 motors already - one with a blown head gasket and the other has dropped compression on no 2. I was trying to avoid pulling a motor down and the cost of a HG.
