I just thought I'd add in having just recently done this three times...there is no gasket for the 3S-GE, RTV is the go...by the way...if you want to get to the sump and take it off (if you haven't already done so) then you will have trouble with the engine cross member and the suspension cross member (get a breaker bar, you will undoubtedly need it!)
