The only (relatively) common source for second-hand 7.5" LSD's are 82-85 Supra's. I've seen them elsewhere, for example imported LiteAce 4WD's, but they're pretty rare. If you want an LSD your best bet is to buy new, which turns out to be relatively easy; late-model Hilux 4WD's have a 7.5" diff in front, so there's lots of aftermarket stuff available for them.
I got a Detroit TrueTrac helical-type LSD (aka torsen) for my 84 Supra. It's designed for the Hilux but fits in the Supra housing with no modifications, provided you use the Hilux carrier bearings. I got it from the US and it cost about $1k landed, although you could probably get it cheaper now. If you do a search you'll find some recent discussion on a group buy which you might want to get involved in... not sure if it's still going ahead though?
