you would run a locked dizzi with no mech advance. the computer works out when to fire. needs a sensor in the dizzi to work out engine speed (e.g. retains the existing electronic pickup). Needs some initial setup work to get pickup triggering at a specific point - but after that, is done via computer.
to do the CAS and coil packs requires EDIS or similar (which means lots of fun trying to import 2nd hand car parts from the US or UK).

... you might want to locate larger injectors then and swap over to them upon turbo. i doubt 18RGUE injectors would supply enuf fuel at boost.
there's a few calculators in the megsquirt site to help out hre - plus go thru the list of "it works!" cars and see what injectors are used for 2 litre turbo. Speed Technology recommended 300cc bosch injectors for my engine.
