Sorry... this is unrelated, but what sort of front mount are you using?
I can answer these though. The stock 7M-GTE engine runs two different amounts of boost. If the engine came from a 7M Soarer it will be running 5 - 5.5psi boost. If it came from a Supra i BELEIVE it will be running either 8 or 10psi (can't remember sorry)
I would advise installing a HKS/TRD metal head gasket and using ARP bolts before changing boost levels. After adding these to my 7M i'm currently running close to 0.8 bar (around 11 psi) and i'm guessing around the 160-170 rwkw mark now with a standard intercooler
