2) Use the 5MGE flywheel and clutch kit - that way you can run the gearbox that's in there. You should get an uprated pressure plate. Chat to BGT in Hawthorn.
3) 6-7 psi.
4) People will say not much more than stock with the fragile head gasket. Torque up the head before you do anything exciting - do a search and you'll find a bajillion posts. Personally I would replace it electively before I installed the motor.
