Theoretically its still possible to get pulsations with the plenum setup, so many people opt for a little inline fuel filter (new one) in order to solve that problem. Dont know if it works though, heard yes and heard no. The nipples below the throttle bodies i thought were normally used for the vacuum cannister for the brake booster.
Unless there is a second set on the Blacktop.
Ill probably tap some more nipples into the runners for the MAP sensor, and use the preexisting ones for a vac cannister.
