Joel, i believe the 4AGZE pistons only have a ceramic coating on the crown, and down to first ring. they do not appear to have any coating on the skirts, apart from some oxide from being heated during the ceramic coating process..

the cost of coating the pistons etc at HPC is not huge, and if ypou are already spending $400 or so coating the dump pipe and exhaust housing of a turbo.. whats a little more Wink
