1. yes.
2. yes. BUT depending on the diffs in your cars (they are late so they may be T series and not the POS D series i have) the flanges may not be the same.
also...have a quick look under the auto and manual body - at where the gearbox crossmember bolts to towards the outside (there are 4 holes to choose from) - see if they are indeed the same...(i suspect they will be)
you'll need the manual shifter, the starter motor, flywheel, spigot bush, clutch master cylinder and lines, prolly other stuff as well i can't think of too...but if you have both cars you'll be ok.
