I smell early 1UZ  . I had a pair of these in my hand the other day, but gave them to an import wrecker cause I couldn't use them. They were from an early Crown. My Toyo EPC tells me they are used on a heap of Toys from 89 to mid 91. Ranging from AE92's(as you've mentioned), ST18x, 4 cyl EFI 4 runner plus a heap of other JDM vehicles.
I myself am looking for a pair of the 92+ versions of these, 89621-12050. Just Toyota Wrecking in Perth(Malaga)had just two, when I was there the other day, of the one's I wanted but wanted $110 each so I said I'll keep searching. It's funny, how so many wreckers had no idea what an igniter was or what they looked like. If you are in need though, they (just toyota) must have had at least a dozen of the 12010 type you want. I assume at the same price too.
