the centre bearing journal on the crank is worn past the wear limit in the manual.
my other option is to get it machined smalleer and use oversized bearings, but i have already bought bearings to suit and it would be a lot cheaper getting another crank linished and using the bearings i have than machining this one and buying new bearings, but looks like ill be doing it this way...we are going to a crank guy 'black bob' this week to see what he can do for us.
