Physically, the engine mount on the gearbox end (west) are at least interchangeable (I think the same) for the 4th and 5th gen....the east end is different and the 5th gen will not fit in the 4th gen. As for the north-south engine mount? They look identical from memory, but I can't confirm that - I will say I am 99% sure they are interchangeable.
If not sue me
As for the steering racks? Good question I can't compare the two...I would definitely be inclined to give it a shot though depending how much it would cost to get your hands on the steering rack from the ST182.
