I have 100/90Ws on my car and have been running globes like those for a couple of years now.
I was initially worried about the extra load on the wiring, but I've had no problems.

Anyway, as for the white bulbs, I love the colour, it's just so much more natural.
And, yes they are a bit blue and a bit yellow depending upon the angle (and depending upon the brand), but it's mainly white.
