Well may be a different way of doing things, but it does works. We made an extra baffle out of a aluminium tube 60 dia, tig welded an end on it, 3mm thick, only need to be 50-60 tall and fitted it in through the existing pickup hole. It had four 1/2" holes drilled into each corner and this was cabled tied to the F/P, a big bosch motorsport one at that. At first I thought yeah right but a few guys that had the same surge problems with standard EFI tanks, we ran the same, and suggested it, so we gave it a go.... and it works, I've also done it to the G/F's AE82 20V conversion too using a non EFI tank, and again, no surge or problems....Don't know the hole size for an TA22, but worth a look.
