	It all depends on the condition of the parts, especially the flywheel, clutch & pp, and what your intentions (power wise) for the car. 
 
As an example, I have gotten a W58 (ex MA70 7M-GE including bellhousing), pedals, clutch m/cyl, flywheel, PP & clutch plate, & pedals &  shifter for $500. 
 
I sold the MA70 clutch pedal, clutch m/cyl, brake pedal for $80 (I needed the MA61 which is slightly different), the std flywheel, clutch & pp was sold for $25, and the bellhousing (a spare one) was sold for about $65. 
 
Unless the parts are in good nick or upgraded, $440 sounds a bit high.
