Also another thing to bear in mind, if you are putting it behind a 7mgte is the flywheel size. I believe that 2 different flywheel sizes came out behind M series motors connected to W5X geraboxes (not R154's), one taking a 225mm clutch palte and one a 236mm/240mm clutch plate.

The 5M-E's had the 225mm clutch plate one the 5MGE/7MGE's got a 236mm/240mm clutch plate.
With a 7mgte I'd try and get the larger flywheel if possible to make clutch and pressure plate selection easier.
