SA63 with 2S-C info please

I have just aquired one of these cars, the SA63R with a 2S-C engine. its about to run out of rego.. next week, and i was wondering what it would be worth to people here, should he sell it in pieces or what? It runs well, and handles exceptionally well. Mechanically good, little bits of rust here and there, nothing that would stop it gettin rego again from what i can see. Sunroof still works, drives well... i took it out tonight and couldnt find a flaw in it except the seat wasnt to comfortable. All the guages still work, brakes are good, etc. Only down side is the condition of the interior, and exterior, not to crash hot at all. Just wondering if anyone out there wants to buy one or if theres much need for parts.
To those of u who are thinkin why the hell woulnt he keep it if theres nothing wrong with it, its becasue i have a deposit down on a sprinter with a 4A-GZE engine, wich i plan on working on. Also im at uni and can hardly afford one car let alone a second one.
