the way i am/will be running my 1jz is 3 weeks of ultimate and then 1 week of shell optimax.. optimax has more cleaners so im going to put it through once a month to keep it all good inside 
as a note.. john from importbitz's mz20 soarer made 198rwkw on 8 psi.. may not be on std turbo and have everything else done.. but that just shows how good the engine can be
imagine it with any sort of boost!
