Is this for the 18RG?

What are your power targets?

I'd be making sure that the oiling system is well and truly up to the task, prefferably a higher volume pump if you can get it along with a higher capacity sump and an oil cooler.

Other than that it's going to be engine specific. I'm sure there are some engines out there that have a tonne of problems with oil control and blowby when they are feed a bit of boost but it's got to be looked at on an engine by engine basis.
