I've just picked up a set for my ra28, yes, they are noltec.
I had ordered a set from kmac to be made up and ready today. But I rang them a went past and had a look, heaps better.
Theres 2 types for street & rally. The difference is steet has some rubber for a slightlier comfy ride and spring rated to 350lbs, where as rally is a solid centre, same price $450 inc gst RRP Stock no.(N44027). I got it for way less. Just by looking at them they look heaps stronger and will last you heaps longer than Kmac.
