As Norbie says, something fits vs. something works are two very different things.
I have 13B 550cc series 5 (low impedance) injectors in my 3T-GTE. But I have an Autronic ECU to run the whole show.
I've heard of people playing with the spring tension in the AFM to assist with running larger injectors, I may even be guilty of trying this mod myself  but results were quite poor in my opinion. Maybe others have had more luck with it.
I think if you are trying to get serious with larger injectors (must mean you want more boost?) then bite the bullet and get an aftermarket computer as the factory 3t-gte one is quite average!
Also take into account if you are wanting to run more boost, the stock pistons aren't renowned for strength.
