thanks for that... not changing crank and rods should save me a bit of cash ... when you say 'head gasket sealing' how do you mean? you got your block, head gasket, head and head bolts all connected and tightened to a good torque setting, so what else would be required in sealing it up?
do you mean that it would leak from gasket? blow out the gasket? head warping?
