Dont knock the Sigmas! My ol man had one which he bought brand new and made many trips around Australia towing a fairly large boat. The things are bullet proof and i'm pretty sure the brakes on them are fairly good for an old get about.
The old man eventually traded the car in for a new VP crumbledoor, big mistake that was. I'll take an old Sigma over a commonwhore anyday.
