Amplifier Alternator whining

Hi, i dont know what happened but all of a sudden i got a whining from the speakers plugged into my 5 channel 1200 watt amp. I went through all tutorials on the net on how to fix it and when worst came to worst i cahnged the alternator...and that cut the sound down to about half.
But now, i have like a hissing, and whenever i change track it sort of clicks, like the speaker popping...
Can anyone out there help me on this matter>
I still have a very slight whining from the alternator as well...
but gawd knows wat it is.
Its beet the hell outa me
