I went for the non-sound deadened stuff.
It fit really nicely, except it's a little big over the trans tunnel for the back half of the carpet... so I put some insulation over the tunnel, worked a treat.
check and re-check where to cut the holes for your seat rails etc - as these make great anchor points to stretch the carpet out properly.
Keep your old carpets, to give yourself an idea of how you'll need to cut the new ones, but all in all it's a pretty simple (tho time consuming) job to cut the carpets properly to size.
and they feel *great*, plus for $150? delivered, who can complain?
