Just coz the earth looks good, doesnt mean it is good.
Test it.
Test the one from the battery to the body work aswell.
And make sure that one is at least the same size as the power cable.
Also try different RCA leads.
I've has instances where nothing has fixed it, and then we changed the RCA leads to a more expensive brand, and bingo, no problem anymore.
I've also had instances where nothing fixed it, no matter what we tried, and then we swapped the amp, and that fixed it.
So try a mates amp, different RCAs, and tidy up ALL wiring.
Oh, and to elaborate on the above, the Power cable down one side, and the RCA's down the other. They should never come in contact, even in the last 2 feet before the amp, this can still cause interference.
