comparing my 1jz to a mate's 7m-gte (both in mk2 supras) - the 7m is definitly a torquier bitch. pulls like nothing else from pretty much idle. 1j has the advantage of being happy at 7000+rpm, while the 7m is not. As stated, if you like a cruiser, go the 7m. if you like a revvy racer, go the 1jz. [Report message to a moderator]
