I am not entirely sure as it was a few years ago that I had any experence with it and it wasn't from Buying one but from selling then.
You are looking at about $17,000 starting price from memory.
advice is to go to a few before hand and have a look...
Prices really are based on the condition of the vehicle and the klms it has on it so prices may vary considerably.
The real up side of Ex-government vehicles tho is that you are almost garenteed a full service and maintence history and an all round decent vehicle.
