URGENT HELP! stripped bolt

Hey,
i have a 1980 celica (ra40) i have to replace the gearbox mount on the gear box crossmember. The problem is that two of the bolts were rooted when i got the car. By rooted i mean there is not much of a head left on them. I cant use a spanner or a socket cuz they just slip around due to the lack of head.
my last resort is i have a set of easy outs, but i dont like using these things.
can anyone suggest something different as i need the car for work tomorrow morning. (btw keep in mind this is still on the car)
