And apples with apples please. You started this post by talking about 15's. Now you quote the size for a 16. Which, by the way, in a 195/50R16 the diameter is 602mm, roughly, so yes, close enough. I am not in dispute with you here. I use the Pirelli Guide To Tyres document, out of print now. Have you tried a search on "Tirerack" to see if anyone makes tyres in these sizes ? This whole thread is moot is you can't get the rubber to fit the rims you choose. And also if you can't get the rims with the correct offset to run the tyres you can buy. Mitch.
