Need a little help. I have an RA28 with a broken steering arm. I have a replace ment but I can't for the life of me remove the old one.
Here is a picture so you know what is going on:

1: this is the top of the joint and is busted, it moves up and down and shouldn't
Now it seems that I should be able to push part 3 through part 2, once the bolt and clip have been removed (and they have). But part 3 wont budge, it has been drenched in WD40 and had a hammer at it as well as many other things to try get it to move, but no go. Any ideas?? Am I forgetting something?
I believe normally if you were to lift part 1, part 3 would come with it, but it doesn't, and that is how it broke in the first place, I assume.
