You need
Gbox (W58) with correct shifter location
Shifter
Bellhousing (W58 to 1G)
Clutch fork
Flywheel + Bolts
Clutch
Pressure Plate + Bolts
Master Cylinder
Slave Cylinder
Hard Line
Soft Line
Clutch Pedal + Bracket
Brake Pedal
Driveshaft (or just get yours lengthened)
And some knowledge to trick the neutral safety switch.
Oh, and don't expect to have your cruise control to work afterwards.
It can take a few hours to a few days to do, but well worth it.
