Try and save up and get urself a bigger Hard drive in the xbox when u do buy it. U can store heaps of games and movies etc on the hard drive, and network it to your pc and transfer shit that way. ive seen xbox consoles that come with dvd remote and a games for around $280, try kmart, or eb games.
