It could either be electrical or fuel related...
-Check fuel filter
-Check your alternator charge voltage
-You've already checked your sparkys
-Check the resistance of the leads (should have a tolerance listed in the owners or service manual)
-Listen to make sure your fuel pump/s are working properly and if not check their wiring...

I wouldn't bother going much further if it was only a once off issue... if it is a recurring issue you will eventually get to know under what circumstances it happens which will help you diagnose the problem.
