In a pure drag application, possibly so, but its more spring and shock rates rather than height itself. You want some 90/10 shocks for the rear, so when the spring collapses the shock cops all the compression and rebounds hard ie transferring all weight to the front, you cant drive around the street like this, car starts to get unstable at higher speeds when cornering =] You need to compromise for a road car, maybe have some rear drag struts for the track though? O Mind you the problem with the 4AGE is not enough weight over the front wheels as motor is light.
