The bellhousing sports the R154 slave cylinder hole, inspection holes on both sides and looks to be much longer than a M-W58 bellhousing. The M-R154 bellhousing does not bolt up to a W58. Also the MA70 W58 shift position should extend over the oil seal protector bit. However in this photo the shift position has the characteristic appearance of an R154 shifter.
Note different slave cylinder locations.

Note presence of inspection holes on R154 bellhousing (not present on W58).
