Seeing you have lots of money and no time here are my suggestions:
Buy everything you can for your car from the HKS ( or other Japanese tuning/parts company ) catalog. Have it sent here and just bolt it all on.

But then again, you mentioned you don't have any time so you will have to get a workshop to fit it all. But thats cool.....Cause you can afford it 
Honestly, did you put much thought into that question before you wrote it?
You didn't mention once what the purpose of the car would be? Nor what sort of power you are aiming for?
Sorry man but what sort of response did you expect from " I've got plenty of money and no time, whats parts are good for my car? "
