lol, conversating on two boards at once, did the painting in my garage, but have a top quality painter friend, i couldnt belive the whiteness of it! need sunnies. Paint is just a resene arcylic tinter white with a blue tint, straigt of the gun, no clear coat, but the outside is getting same paint with blue pearl and lotsa clear... Anyway Have to sus out some high res pics...
Conversion basic checklist.
-engine mount adpater plates 10mm thick plate to move mount point ~100m back and 20mm down.
-custom gearbox x-member as im using a w55 (may change back to w50 so can use standard x-member
-return line with efi pump and extra boss in tank (level sender panel) for return
-wiring
-all new suspension, cause they are very worn after 30+ years
-driveshaft from rt8x
-battery in boot
-exhaust
-big brakes (yet to discover an easy solution, but metal kings are available) rt80 stub axles will bolt up for discs if yours are drum...mine has twin pot calipers standard..but are mini size.
