You'll be best to opt for a recirculating style BOV, as the package you're getting still uses the factory computer and AFM. Under normal cruising conditions, this can see the bov open to atmospere if not filtered or recirculated.

Intercooler installs depend on lots of factors: type and finish of piping, type of intercooler and length of installation. Personally, I'd look at moving the throttle body to the front of the plenum just before you do the intercooler, to ease the length of piping needed.

Suspension and brake wise, there are many different strut alternatives, speak to me on MSN and we'll discuss it.
