That power target is definately reasonable. take a look at http://forums.toymods.org.au/index.php?t=msg&t h=26848&rid=218&S=7006a4c07f22d13d58b1da76 58f07089&pl_view=&start=0#msg_231835msg_23 1835 There have been very few 4AGTE setups at Toymods Dyno days that made any less than 180HP at the wheels, remember our dyno day results are in Kilowatts. The only 4AGTE I can think of that made signifcantly less than your power aim was actually running a TO4.

All of the good performers that I've seen have run Garret turbos (T28BB off a S14a or S15 would suit your requirements and have the ability to push significantly more power than your aim) and decent custom intercoolers. I don't think you'll find a intercooler off another car that will both fit well and do a good job of cooling the charge, possibly an EVO or import VR4 cooler with some tank mods would suit.

Have fun but I think you'll need to budget a lot more time than you have so far.
