every EFI car runs a cold start injector.
Other plug is thermotime injector switch. When car is cranking power is fed to it, and if the temp is cold enough, it will send power to CSI. Apparently runs for 7 seconds or so on 2TGEU. But i reckon more like just the time it takes to start the motor.
However, if you just set up your fuel map so that below 500rpm or so it runs hell rich, then you wouldn't need to use a CSI.
